Online Scheduling Instructions PDF Print E-mail

As you can imagine, our schedule and the area we'll be concentrating on varies quite a bit from day to day depending on who needs us. However, you can help us be more efficient in planning our time (as well as schedule at 2am if you want!) by making a scheduling request through our web site. Here's how:

  1. To enable online scheduling, you must first become a member of our site. To do so, go to the "Site Login" section in the lower left of the home page and create an account or log into your existing account (we will never share or sell your information).

  2. Once you're logged in, you will see a new menu called the "Client Menu" where the login section used to be. Here you can modify the information you provided at registration, request an appointment, fill out your "new client" information online (including information for one pet), and tell us about your other pets as required. Click "Schedule an Appointment".

  3. The form itself is pretty simple, as you'll see. We ask which of your True Companions we'll be seeing and why, and ask you to choose a first- and second-choice date as well as a preferred time of day for each. Then just click "Submit Form" at the bottom. That's it!
After it's submitted, we'll contact you to confirm the appointment as quickly as we can or clarify any questions. We will also confirm your appointment the business day before it's scheduled just to be sure. If you're a new customer, you can save time during your visit by filling out the new client forms ahead of time online in the menu shown in Step 2 above (be sure to have your current veterinary records available if you have them, and note that your session will time out after 60 minutes). Thanks for your business!

Dr. Raeyna came out to our house last week and did a check up on our cat Cooper. It was the quickest, easiest, and most affordabile Vet appointment we have ever had. Cooper hates cars and kennels so this was a great option for us. I can't wait to tell our neighbors so we can get the neigh...
