Introducing...True Self-Service Scheduling!

We at True Companions have added another level of convenience to the already ridiculously convenient service of home visits - self-service appointment booking! Instead of playing phone tag and "interpreting" voice mails and trying to hold multiple slots open on your own calendar while you wait for us to confirm, you can now directly schedule an appointment yourself, 24x7! We’ve modified our Schedule a Visit and What to Expect pages with updated info. Here are some of the improvements you now have through our partnership with Acuity Scheduling.

  • Slots are made available each day for self-service scheduling, which allows you to log in at 2am when you're watching those Animal Planet reruns (you know you do!) and realize Fluffy needs an appointment. No hassle, no muss, no fuss. We timed it - if you're an existing customer who's done it before, it takes less than 2 minutes. Even if you're a new client, you can still finish it before the commercial break is over.
  • The ability to register/log in and save the information you provide for use in filling out future scheduling requests, and to keep your own information up to date if you choose. You'll see an option to register (with Acuity) after you request your first appointment. That 2 minutes becomes less than 1 minute if you're registered.
  • If you are logged in, then each time you look at our Schedule a Visit page, you will also see all your existing upcoming appointments, and can reschedule, cancel, or edit them right then.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when you schedule and a reminder email about 24 hours prior to your visit. In both these emails, you will also have the ability to reschedule, cancel, or update the information for your appointment.

We’re excited about the flexibility and convenience this will provide to our customers, and hope you agree! Give it a shot for your next appointment, and let us know what you think!
